The final Formula 1 race of the season was this morning and good entertainment for those following. The Formula 1 racing scheme was created in 1950, the year of my birth, so happy to share in their success. My formula is free and has been extremely successful since I embraced it 51 years ago! Simply Reflecting on the day upon waking, Educating myself in some small or extensive way, Applying the Reflection and Education through out the day and then feeling somewhat or fully Liberated by whatever accomplishments were achieved. Life is art and art is life so the process has to flow and not be restrictive. To err is human the saying goes, so in our daily experience we have to accept that everything will not go as expected and other things will pop up which totally excite or frustrate us. In other words, we can start off with great hopes and dreams for a great day and then life gets in the way! C’est la vie!
