Framework: A basic structure, plan, or system, as of concepts, values, customs, or rules. Today I completed and applied our updated Logo and Tagline to our webpage YourREALway.com. The Logo represents the individual’s effort upward to Achieve success and once that is somewhat accomplished, then Unity with the world, society, etc. Our modus operandi is to create a framework for humanity to simultaneously realize themselves individually as well as collectively. R.E.A.L. is our acronym of Reflect, Educate, Activate, Liberate, and is simply a process or framework to put one on a path of self discovery and destination. Of course, we never really attain or reach the destination, but through application we can manage it on a daily basis and be satisfied. I experienced a sort of epiphany this morning realizing that my first serious job after dropping out of Emory University after two years was leading a framing crew building apartments. I attended a course at the local Community College to learn reading building plans to be qualified to lead two other framers. Now, viewing my life in retrospect, realizing that I’ve always led small crews building frameworks of one type or another. In any case, hopefully this framework of Yourselfology, studying who you are, getting a sufficient understanding, and then applying that and sharing with others you will find some peace of mind.
