This is the dilemma we all face at some point, whether to lead or follow? Why, because true leading takes a serious amount of courage and belief in oneself. It is always lonely at the top as there is nowhere to place the blame on anyone except yourself as you are the director. It is your decisions which give you and those behind you a win or a loss, pleasure or pain, a bright or dim future! We may have gotten opportunities in life to lead and discovered that it may not be for us and what it is all cracked up to be. We may intelligently find that I am able to lead in certain situations, but not always and to figure out the difference.
